I love having the opportunity to transform a tired property or creating something incredible from scratch. Ususally it’s easier to start from nothing as challeneges can arise from having to work with existing problems. I always like to work for myself when it comes to design projects as it’s difficult if a client is really attached to things that I am really not feeling! #awkward
