Bula! Liku Liku is an Adults Only paradise in Fiji.

If you are wanting to go and relax with your partner and enjoy great service and exceptional food, then Liku Liku is a great option.

Your biggest decision is whether to choose an over water bungalow, which are the only ones in Fiji to date, or a beach bure with a plunge pool. This is tough!

My husband booked us into the beach bure which I must admit was not my first choice. Why would you pass up seeing the underwater world that lies beneath, at any time you please?!?  As it turns out, his logic was actually quite spot on (No need to ever tell him though! Lol!). He pointed out that the over water bungalows were stretched out across a very long pier, making them not so accessible to the rest of the resort. Although this was true, if your not a huge fan of cardio (like myself), the resort does come and pick you up on a buggy, so you are not expected to walk. It was lovely however, being able to feel the sand at my feet within only a few steps of my back door.

As with any resort I have experienced in Fiji, the staff are just divine.

The only downside is the tide, which is something completely out of their hands. At certain times of the year, the tide becomes very low which exposes a lot of sands and rocky grounds before reaching the beautiful calm sea.

Fiji is a particularly great choice for a stress free romantic holiday, especially when living in Australia.  There are about three or four other upmarket adults only resorts in Fiji. We chose Liku Liku because it was the easiest to reach, meaning less time traveling and more time lying by a pool sipping on a cocktail and lapping up the exceptional hospitality.
